FRAUD AWARENESS SEMINAR

Platte County Recorder of Deeds Christopher L. Wright will host a seminar on fraud awareness Tuesday September 5th, 2023 at 630PM at the Mid-Continent Public Library- Green Hills Branch, 8581 N Green Hills Rd. Kansas City, MO 64154

The Recorder will inform the public on how to sign up for the county's Record Notification System to be informed if a deed or document is filed in your name, current scams that his office is seeing in Platte County and how to identify these scams as well as answer any questions that the public may have concerning the Office of the Recorder.

This seminar is the first of four the Recorder will hold around the county this year as part of his initiative to inform the citizens of Platte County about property fraud and general education on what the county recorder does for you as citizens of the county.
