Barrel Aged Still Cider!
This weekend we will release our newest batch of Barrel Aged Still Cider!
Our Still Cider (12% abv) is made from fresh apples from the 2017 harvest. It is then aged in freshly emptied Kentucky Bourbon Barrels (this batch was aged in Buffalo Trace barrels) where it takes on the wonderful vanilla, caramel and butterscotch flavors and aromas of the oak Bourbon Barrels! The Cider has a beautiful clear golden straw color. It is a fantastic food wine, and pairs perfectly with smoked meats and cheeses
