RIGHT-OF-WAY & PERMITS

Platte County Department of Public Works provides Right of Way management for unincorporated Platte County as outlined by County ordinance set forth by the Platte County Commission. All work impacting the Right of Way requires a permit through the Department of Public Works.

Residents and residential contractors are to complete a Special Use Application and submit the form to Platte County Department of Public Works.

Residents in the Highlands of Weatherby or The Masters are required to contact the Platte County Planning and Zoning Department.
