Responsibilities:
- Makes visitors and citizens aware of things to do and see, places to stay and eat in Platte County.
- Develops and produces advertising/marketing materials such as visitor guides, event calendars, media kits and group tour manuals.
- Works with group tour operators and travel writers; conducts Familiarization tours, news releases and photos to use in other publications.
- Works with local attractions, hotels and restaurants to train employees to assist tourists with information about our area.
