Joan Harms was elected as County Clerk in 2010. Her professional experience of 30+ years and 20 years as a small business owner follows with her to the Clerk’s office.
Joan was born and raised in southwest Missouri. She and her husband, Vernon, have three children and four grandchildren. Her home church is Harmony Vineyard and she has resided in Platte County for over seven years.
Her forward goals include conservative leadership, striving to uncover new revenue streams for Platte County and delivering quality based service to our citizens. |
